Motorists, markets, business centres, schools, filling stations and banks were grounded in various parts of Imo State on Monday in compliance with the sit-at-home order by the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra(IPOB).
Residents stayed indoors while roads, motor parks and relaxation centres were empty.
But some desperate Okada riders were seen in some areas taking frustrated passengers to their various destinations at exorbitant fares.
